F-wise Capital (Pty) Ltd was established in 2011 and is a member of the JSE. It is a subsidiary of Farmwise Grains which was established in 1997 and is one of the founding members of the Agricultural Markets Division of Safex (now the Commodity Derivatives Market of the JSE).

F-wise Capital is, however, a completely separate entity that has expanded its service and product offerings to clients, which now provides services including: Forex spot and forward products through the various banks, Fixed Income Derivatives and Forex/Currency trading on the JSE’s IRC Market (formerly known as Yield-X), Commodity Derivatives trading on the JSE, brokerage and live electronic platform services for clients to log in and trade directly on (Landobyte, Avvento, DIRO).

The separation of brokerage activities from physicals activities was a key reason for forming F-wise Capital as a separate entity. This has allowed for client services to be executed with more efficiency and the correct amount of transparency. F-wise Capital has a highly dedicated and experienced team, to support client requests, and keep abreast of the ever-changing financial market dynamics.

F-wise Capital maintains a representative client base, with the focus on quality relationships with corporate and individual clients. Our emphasis is on becoming an integral part of the market evaluation process, strategy formulation and effective execution. Our primary function as a broker is to affect the orders of our clients and to meet their specific needs.

F-Wise Capital was approved as a licensed Financial Service Provider (FSP license No. 48564) in 2017, and is an approved financial intermediary operating as a Forex solutions specialist provider in the market.  F-Wise Capital also provides beneficial interest rate offerings to clients in both the short- and long-term markets. The company can have accounts opened for clients to trade and invest in the market within 24 hours.

This ensures a relatively low trader to client ratio, which is crucial in terms of the relationships we build.
